1. How do I pay my bill?

• Choose AutoPay.
Register yourself in person at our office; the rest is up to us. We’ll automatically debit your bank account or charge your VISA or MasterCard credit card for your monthly bills.
• Pay in person.
Pay your bill by cash, check or credit card at your Self Storage facility.
• Pay by telephone.
Call us at 366-6350 and ask to talk to the self storage manager. Inform him the unit number you’re intending to pay and ask him to charge the rent to your VISA or MasterCard credit card. This transaction is free of charge.
• Pay by ARP or netbanking systems

2. Do I have to insure my stored goods?

It is not a must since you are totally responsible for your stored belongings. But if you prefer to, then you should contact your traditional insurance agent or in case you have none, you’ll find insurance information at any GALORES MINI DEPOSITOS desk.

3. What kind of documentation do I need to provide to rent a storage unit?

As a private rental agreement must be signed

• For natural persons/individuals: it’s necessary to provide a copy of your government-produced valid ID card or your passport (in case of being a foreigner).

• For corporate entities: it’s necessary to provide a copy of the company’s “Pacto Social”, and a copy of the legal representative’s government-produced identity card or passport (in case of being a foreigner).

4. What is your packing materials refunds policy?

Presenting your purchase receipt and we will gladly accept unused or unopened items back up to 30 days from the purchase date. Simply return the item you bought to any GALORES MINI DEPOSITOS store and we will refund your money on the spot or by check within 14 days, depending on the location and the amount to be refunded.

5. If I lose my key and/or access card, what do I do?

Call your GALORES MINI DEPOSITOS on-site manager for assistance during regular business hours (from 8:00am to 5:00pm). For a new access card issue a 15 dollars charge is applicable plus tax.

6. If I rent a storage unit from you, can my spouse, kids or friend have access, too?

When you rent a storage unit at GALORES MINI DEPOSITOS you can allow access to other people you want or simply restrict access to yourself only.

7. When can I get into my storage unit?

At GALORES MINI DEPOSITOS you can get into your self storage unit 7 days a week from 7:00 am to 9:00pm.

8. Do I have to notify you when I’m moving out?

In case your rental agreement is based on any promotion (such as: “for long term leases you get a free month”, etc.), consult your on-site manager about penalties. In case you have a regular rental agreement, you just have to remove your lock and Keep us posted when you have vacated the unit, so we don’t charge you unnecessarily.

9. Do you rent space month-to-month or do I have to sign a lease?

Our rental agreements are month-to-month agreements therefore no long-term lease is required.

10. How many available sizes are there and how do I pick up one?

We offer a wide range of sizes to meet your needs. Sizes range from 3 to 50 square meters. To determine your right size please visit our website and check our online size estimator, or just call any member of our sales staff who are trained to assist you with this process. 11. What kind of security do you have?

We have a high-level of security in our facilities, such as a coded access electronic gate, 24/7 monitored surveillance videos, tall electric fences, well-lit facilities, individual door alarms and personal locks (available for purchase).

12. What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?

Office hours are those of administrative work hours (Monday to Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm). During these hours the Self Storage Manager is available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies.
The gate hours are also the property hours, and units can be accessed.

13. If I do not rent a storage unit, can I still purchase storage and moving supplies?

Yes. In all our mini warehouses we sell packing materials such as: protective wrap, furniture covers, dish-packs, glass-packs and more. You don’t need to be a storage tenant to buy these items.

14. Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

No, but you can purchase a new lock at our mini store located at all of our facilities. Keep in mind that our doors are designed for special cylindrical locks to ensure the highest level of security.

15. What is climate control?

Climate control is a feature of our mini warehouses to maintain a temperature range between 19 and 28 Degrees Celsius Degrees and humidity range from 55% to 65%. These features help to protect your stored belongings from extreme temperatures and high humidity.

16. Do you have available moving carts?

Yes. At our facilities we have an inventory of push carts and pallet carts that can be used free of charge.

17. Do you have available moving forklifts?

Yes. We have a private forklift for rent. To use it, a 24 hours in advance reservation is required, since we have to schedule a trained operator to drive it. Feel free to consult our on-site manager who will be glad to assist you.

18. Do you offer moving van service?

Yes. We own a moving van that offers transportation service only to our clients. We don’t supply loading or unloading workforce. For rates and availability consult our on-site manager, who will be glad to assist you.

19. How does the FREE MOVE-IN service works?

Free Move-In is not a standard service included in the unit rental. It’s a seasonal promotion that we offer sometimes. Such promotion is not available with any other promotions. We offer moving van transportation services but we don’t supply loading/unloading workforce.

20. Does my storage unit have a power supply and indoor lights?

No. Storage units do not have indoor lights, but there is a comfortable lighting level on /in the hallways, that partially illuminates the units. As for power supply, in case a customer needs to use it for any particular job, he can ask to/the on-site manager who will provide more details about the seasonal energy use and its rates.

21. Do you have docks for large moving containers and trucks?

Yes. We have a comfortable dock for trucks and moving containers and there is no extra charge for using them.
